I honestly love the service and it is incredibly helpful. I did experience an unfavorable event last weekend. My doctor sent me a message asking if i could reschedule our appt because that day wasn't good. She asked if i could do the day before which i couldn't. i tried to reschedule my appt to the following weekend. On Saturday i received a notification from my credit card that i was being charged a no show fee. I didn't know i had a appt as i said i couldn't do that day. I have tried to reach out to brightside and i was told they would look into this and its been 24hrs and no follow up and no resolution. I do not do no shows because i cannot afford it and i reschedule appts i cannot make. This is honest mistake/misunderstanding and i should at least get a grace or at least a warning.

I don't know

The therapist I was assigned to was amazing the only drawback is I had no way of know how much anything was and the bills came at random times with no notice. Even when signing up and starting therapy we weren’t charged for around a month. Turned out to be $35 a session but it really adds up

Psychiatry was and is amazing. I will continue to use the Dr. The therapy side, being billed for what was 22 minutes of therapy, was horrible. Therapist seemed nice, but no meaningful therapy cann happen in 22 minutes.

It’s a little pricey considering you get very little feedback from your therapist and psychiatrist.

If you’re looking for a quick diagnosis and a simple treatments, this place works. 15 min sessions is all they provide.

Thank you for your feedback. Our 15-minute medication management visits are focused and symptom-driven, while therapy sessions offer more time for deeper support and typically last 50–60 minutes. We aim to offer flexibility—providers work closely with members to determine the visit frequency that best supports their care and goals and addresses their symptoms. If you have any additional questions about Brightside and our offerings we would be happy to answer them at [email protected].

Very disappointed with the Ucard, it showed a $35 dollars balance, I went to Dollar general and it only approved $20 dollars,I got food but my balance still is $35, I don't understand I always have issues using the Ucard 😠
