I cancelled my membership and now they are charging me double than what they did before. I wanted a God fearing therapist but didn’t get it. Most of the appointments well all, she didn’t give me advice she only said this is about you you lead everything you direct how you want things to go n I was mostly the talker. For my first time trying therapy I don’t see how it’s something that’ll save my life when it didn’t seem to be a great outlet. I said I didn’t want to be put on pills but that’s what they love to do to you n kept suggesting it n wanted to take away parts of my membership n did just bc I didn’t want to be pregnant on meds.

I was informed that my plan covers virtual visits and that I owe $0 for both the visits and the membership, but I was still charged $167. The company should improve how they verify insurance as my current insurance plan covers all virtual visits without a copay.

Did not receive any services yet I was charged 95 dollars for the deception used on the bright side home page... Bottom of the barrel company without integrity...

Horrible customer service. I've emailed multiple times about correcting my account, and I get no response. It's been 5 days. If they cared about mental health, they would not make a patient for 5 years go thru severe medication withdraws for 5 days without a single helpful reply.

I canceled my treatment plan a week before the next payment was due and they billed my credit card today for $95.00. Seems to be standard procedure, do not trust Brightside Health!

Complete and utter garbage, do not use under any circumstances. Booked a appointment with a mental health provider through ZocDoc to have my prescriptions refilled, link was through Brightside health - no warning or information was provided to let me know in advance they do not provide refills of the medications I take regularly. Despite taking my insurance, being given proper cancellation time and no appointment happening, they charged me $165.00 and provided NO services.

My Dr rushed me her name is Heather Bryan. It was my first appointment. I have a 30 min time block and she rushed me when I was less than 2 minutes in. They can't do anything for you and treat you like a drug addict because I need to start adhd meds. Talking about you have to go get testing done... this is why I'm calling you lady. Number one thing... take care of ur patient. Hopefully my medicaid doesn't pay for this and I will make sure they won't. Go to a real dr and not one that does what ever they want to do.... Dr doesn't give you a special title to bot help your patient. So another day... I'm 35 and having to find another Dr because I got really bad adhd that hasn't been helped all my life.. good to go..

Waste of time and money. The app advertises a lot of things that it doesn't offer. The woman hated having to talk to me and made it very clear, we talked for 5 mins and she immediately refers me out to a real doctor! All of these virtual health companies are in the business of robbing people. Save your time and money!
