I like Carole Rembor’s efficient approach to the bipolar medication and a non-opioid sleeping pill. As for Susan Hill and 6 individual therapy sessions??? I have no idea how that happened and am not interested in embarking on therapy as I’ve done lots of therapy in my life - including psychoanalysis etc. Plus 48 years of sobriety in AA. Ms Hill herself seems delightful (and she’s my age), but I’d like to have a coffee with her to discuss politics vs therapy.

Pros: Accessibility, availability of providers, and many provider options which may be helpful for those who have strong preferences. Cons: Cancellation fee is disgustingly high, it deters me entirely from scheduling my next session unless I know for certain that I can present for it

The service is very convenient and I am happy with the meds I've received but I feel you should only be charged by session not on a month to month basis, especially when its 3 months in between sessions and little quizzes you take to check in.

The biggest problem is that the app doesn’t follow what the Doctor says. For example: I was told to make my next appointment with the Doctor in 3 months because that is what the Doctor said, yet the app constantly tells me to set up another appointment immediately.

The service was satisfactory. All of the sudden I was told that my medicare was rejected. Then they sent me bills they said medicare rejected. I paid the it and canceled but told me they would review my cancelation request. Request?????? Now they sent me another unpaid bill. Stay away!!!!!!

Update: I was left without medication management/prescriber in the gap between Medicaid dropping me and buying new insurance. They don't make it clear what they provide/don't provide although I clearly stated I need a temporary person licensed to Rx my meds, 2 of which are sched IV controlled. I paid and got matched before they said no we don't Rx Federally controlled substances so I wasted valuable time and exist scared I'll have a seizure (had 2 before - never just stop your meds!) I'm updating bc at least after complaining they refunded me.

I personally don't like all the emails about not signing up for sessions all the time if I don't have one set. Yeah it's a great reminder something but other times it's kind of annoying.
