Here is my complete review for Brightside. The therapist I got was okay to talk to, the lady prescribing the medication couldn’t care less, The company itself has a policy where they will charge you 165.00 for a cancelled appointment even though you cancel within the same hour of scheduling the appointment. They have no regard or understanding for people that have Medicaid and cannot afford to pay 165.00. The customer support is worthless, regardless of our situation. don’t even know why they exist. I will be going elsewhere, there are several other companies that accept medicaid.

We’re sorry to hear this experience was frustrating. We want to clarify that Brightside only charges a cancellation fee for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled visit, as providers’ time often cannot be rebooked on short notice. This applies to all commercial insurance plans as well as cash pay members. We take feedback about provider interactions and customer support seriously and would like the opportunity to review what happened. If you’re open to it, please contact our Quality team at [email protected] so we can look into your concerns.
