Great service for busy people
I have a very busy schedule and was looking for a way to meet with MH professionals that allowed me some flexibility with scheduling. This is my first time seeking MH help and Brightside has been great! The PMHNP I see for medication management and recommendations is very thorough and carefully listens to my concerns before prescribing me anything. The LCSW I speak with weekly/biweekly is very knowledgeable and holistic in her care; I have never once felt judged by her and it's helped me open up a lot to work through issues with trauma, anxiety, and depression. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend!
