Everything about Brightside has been great .. I mean everything and everyone

I left talkiatry due to the high prices, a provider that refused to respond to messages, and after provider that wouldn't allow refills without an appt. Talkiatry ended up being incredibly expensive and I wasn't happy with my experience. Now that I am with brightside, I don't feel stressed about the cost, my providers respond in a timely manner and getting refills isn't a difficult task. I recommend Brightside to anyone looking for vetted providers and therapists.

Your systems for retrieving and sending data are very easy to navigate. The Support Staff have been extremely helpful and efficient. Most of all, my Clinician Misbah Aziz, NP has been great with me and helping me with changes in medications. She has been very patient and responsive to my medication and Clinical intervention needs. She is excellent. Thank you all at Brightside for your assistance.
