I saw an ad on instagram from this company for the tirzepatide meditation for $150. I signed up and got the meditation. Half way through taking the medication I received a notification for me to check in and gave an update. I did that. The next thing I got was a notification that my card was charged for $575 from the company. I was shocked. I got no email or text from them telling me that the payment would be that amount or asking me if I wanted to proceed. I was not going to pay that amount for a compound medication cause I know $150 is a reasonable price to pay. I emailed them and emailed them for like 5 times for them to do nothing except say that they will get back to me. The next thing I got a notification saying that the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Again I emailed them telling them that I don’t want their $575 medication with no resolution. So I went ahead and dispute it with my credit card company. Lesson here, don’t use these fraudulent companies online. There are compounding companies that produce these medications. Get a prescription from your doctor and send it to them.

Your order was processed because you completed the check-in form on 12/30, at which point it was sent to the doctor for review. Once approved, the updated prescription was sent to the pharmacy for processing and shipment to ensure timely delivery. We understand your concerns and have reviewed your communication with us. Your initial 2 emails were received outside of our business hours, which end at 8 PM EST. Our customer service team responded within a few hours of reopening the next day, handling inquiries in the order they were received. While we aim to resolve issues promptly, your initiation of a chargeback has limited our ability to process a refund or offer a discount directly. Had an issue with shipping- as the private mail box the meds were shipped to chose to be unexpectedly closed this whole week. I could not get the meds and the meds most likely would be ruined waiting around till next week. Even though this is not Brightmeds fault they helped me out and very graciously sent a replacement. This is great company that cares about people. Highly recommend.
