Brightmeds is customer focused. I had no problem communicating with the staff from start to finish. Phone calls were always answered and, when a pymt was automatically taken from my account after I canceled subscription, which I noticed after hours. I sent an email and it was promptly answered the next morning. The situation was addressed and funds were reversed. The amazing part is it happened late on December 23,2024 and the staff handled it all on December 24, 2024. Sharlett and Micheal really know how to treat customers great. I definitely recommend this company for medical weightloss!
