The service through Brightmeds is really amazing. The few times I had questions and emailed the response was very quick/helpful/kind. My shipments come very fast with great packaging ! I cannot ask for anything more !!

Everything is going good thus far. Great experience. I have referred several people that have signed up and received their meds. I have lost about 4lbs. Just got increased last week so hopefully I will see better results this month.

Was able to have a meeting with Fruad Ahwal. He answered all my questions, how the process went to be able to get my prescription.

Brightmeds has been a fantastic company for me. They have been very easy to work with. What I like best is they are very easy to contact. They have a fabulous customer service team that I can talk to on the phone r very easily. Every customer service person has been great! In particular, I spoke to Zoe, and she gave me excellent customer service! She was so friendly and helped me with my issues with total ease and competency!! I very much recommend BrightMeds!! I’ve literally had no problems!

During the first two months I was amazed with the 13 pounds I lost. More than that though, I was surprised at my change in interest to different types of foods I had normally enjoyed. I no longer find flour products (pasta, bread, etc.), sugar foods (cakes, sweets) and cheese, desirous. When I look at these foods now, I may as well be looking at a floor or table, they are no longer teasing me. It has become green vegetables and fruits that catch my eye. As a result of this food intake change, all of my little aches and pains have disappeared. I believe I was consuming foods that are inflammatory. As a 70 year old woman in relatively good health, I had age related, mild arthritis. Arthritis symptoms are now gone, I believe, due to cutting sugars and certain dairy products (which I would eat as snacks). I feel a lot younger. I no longer look at a staircase and think, "Oy!" Now - I walk up it without a thought.

Quick and easy process. Refills happen efficiently and the communication has gone great.

I started my journey 12/12/2024. So far I am very happy, I just have to keep telling myself not to focus on how much I am loosing. I know the key is to loose weight slowly so that it's more likely to be able to keep it off. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
