I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service since the beginning with this company. I actually went with another company at one point for a slightly lower price and went to Brightmeds because their customer service couldn’t be matched. I feel comfortable spending my money and being supported by their team.

I got off to a slow start because my shipment took a week to get picked up by FedEx but I think that was due to snow. The pickup was in Fort Lauderdale so that confused me. This is my first week. So far so good. I’m going to have to pause u til I fin another job, but customer service was great.
