If I could give less than 1 star I would and am writing today to warn people who do not deserve to be scammed out of hard-earned money! My teeth took to many impressions in my opinion and I had help from a friend who was a dental hygienist who even said the directions were hard to follow! I paid the rush fees and they didn't come early, the staff was more than rude, the customer service was atrocious to state the least and in making you feel like a bother. Worst is you can't contact a manager via phone to resolve issues of which they never intend to. The teeth were so fake looking ( not what was shown in the add; and false advertising in my opinion). They came way to tight I could not take it and they ripped a tooth out of my mouth. I was scheduled for a brain surgery due to a car accident and missed the 30-day window you get for a repair or adjustment, and they wanted more money to do so. What kind of a real company won't let you talk to the finance company? I guess the kind where to many callers and clients are upset!!! I paid over 3,000 700 cash up front that appears nowhere on the bills. To many dollars later they are messing up my credit score as a result of my refusal to pay for what I call "theft of services". People should not be treated this way, I am appalled, please run and do not do business with these scammers! You will be led to believe you're getting the best and you get less than quality product that does not fit your mouth and rips out your teeth! bad, bad, bad, and shame on them!

I have ordered the top and bottom veneers a few times and it definitely pays off in that I have a lot more confidence speaking publicly.

I ordered a set of veneers from the Brighter image lab. The veneers were made huge for my mouth and they looked very artificial. It was hard to close my mouth. I kept requesting to make them smaller but all in vain. The quality was very low as well, their communication team is good about responding however I didn't think this is the quality of veneers I would receive for paying a huge amount for them!

I have been using the upper teeth for a year and I really love them so much more than a partial denture. I can't eat in them but I can be comfortable and confident. The customer service was great and my impressions worked. They could fit better but I did not want to send them back once I had them. They are a little too white people can tell they are fake but they always tell me they look great

I had a wonderful experience with Brighter Image Lab. The customer service is beyond amazing!! From the impressions kit to receiving my new veneers, I felt supported the entire time. The new veneers look wonderful, fit well, and have increased my self confidence!!

These changed my life . Great quality and a perfect fit needed to send my first fit back, With no problem at all , only took 3 weeks .. I have had my veneers for over 4 years And i wear them every single day . It’s now time to purchase another set without any hesitation .

I don't think it's an outright scam for everyone it's like a gray area scam. I spent over 1000 for a top veneer set and got stuck in an endless cycle of failed impressions. This is in spite of telling me I was an eligible candidate. It's especially egregious because I spent a few hundred extra dollars for rush shipping. Several months later I have given up with no product.

The veneers I bought, Incredibills, were billed as a superior product with a polish and special detailing for a more realistic veneer. I wore them for a week and the special coating was chipping off. I do not remember the process including a coating. Their process to repair veneers requires sending the veneer back to them so that they can fix the coating. The turn around time is about a month, and I think for the amount I paid, they should have provided a brand new veneer. I have purchased a set of veneers from another company for less that a fourth of the cost and they are acceptable and more of a value. I am completing my purchase because I don't want my credit impacted. I received my veneers in February, 2024, I wore these veneers, no eating, ultrasound cleaning and they didn't hold up for 6 months and they were supposed to last 5 years with good care. Buyer beware and check out the more reasonable veneers. There is a condition of the contract that i over looked, evidently the company will sue for a bad review. I do not want anything more from this experience, except to warn customers, do your research and save yourself an expensive, costly lesson.
