HORRIBLE! If you are in the ecommerce business, whether you sell cullotes or digital products they will close your account. If you make payments of +500$ to Facebook ADS, Google, they will freeze your account and ask you for tracking numbers and dozens of information.

This bank takes forever to receive transfers. On paper it’s a great concept with a great rewards program but if you can’t access your money when you need it, all of that is useless. Every time I give them a chance I’m met with disappointment. Post reply: It’s certainly not for lack of trying, and customer service seems to do what they can. However when compared to other business banks, Brex seems to take noticeably longer for transfers to hit the balance. In a world of competitive neobanks and instant gratification, I just feel like the already innovative technology could be more responsive and quicker on this end, which is as I said, very important to benefit from everything Brex does have to offer.

Awesome service, they allow me to run my business, I just need to open my llc and they help me to run, they provide me serveral virtual cards to run my offers.

It is now January 6th, exactly 3 weeks since my Brex account was suspended. Still no response from an account manager or any email giving me access to my funds. I've contacted customer support maybe a total of 7 times at this point via phone or chat. With no result to how to get my funds out. As a sole owner of a small business, I would never recommend anyone take the risk with this bank. If the worst comes like my situation, it could seriously screw up your relationships with creditors, contractors, and employees. As you will be unable to access any funds or get any response from Brex. As an honest business owner I am dumbfounded by this issue. The only thing I did on my account that could have resulted in this was add a new employee as an administrator. But Brex doesn't give you any way to communicate or appeal their decisions. Still praying onwards that this gets solved. I am running out of emergency funds to pay things at this point. To anyone reading this pray for me.

My experience is totally horrible a company that lacks cognitive reasoning. I’ll let you be the judge after knowing my experience. I edd issued an account with a virtual card from my employer that never worked. Recently they sent me an email stating that the account is fix after 3 months. It wasn’t free to get the account. Now I can’t login in only have email and. No way to contact them all options require login in. Them paypal and all other companies are scums and never tries protect you but more like themselves. The owner of account is trying to access it and who are they protecting. They can denied it all they want but comes down to it all knows. Yes great to have lots of money for things they do but how great is it with problems they no money can resolved that even worst. It karma and enjoy it along with your money.

I opened an LLC and account opening with Brex was included in the package, although I use Wise for my other companies or decided to accept the use of this Brex. Well I just wasted precious time with people who are worth nothing according to my '' screening '' it is the machines and not the people who work in this company, and a company without a soul is worth nothing

Brex is absolutely amazing. Super easy to use. Highly recommend.
