The rooms are great and well-designed, but…
The rooms are great and well-designed, so I gave a 4, but the game room was poorly maintained. The ping pong paddles were all broken and there was only one ball. If you supply $5 paddles when new, you can afford to replace them occasionally. Also, the foosball table had broken kickers and only one ball. The pp table was the draw for us and not the karaoke, so disappointing. Finally, some of the staff gave me unnecessary attitude, perhaps because I am binary (just a guess). I was non-judgmental so I didn’t elicit the snippiness.

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback, David. We're glad the room design stood out, and we're sorry the game room equipment and staff interaction fell short. We'll share this with the property team so the broken paddles, foosball pieces, and service concerns are addressed.
