Hi Andy, we’re truly sorry for what happened and for the stress this caused when you arrived at the hotel. This is not the experience we want any customer to have, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to arrange alternative accommodation at the last minute. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
