This should be banned for false advertising. is there anyway to delete them from Google maps hotel search ? And why to Google tolerate this ?

Don't use Brek. They bait you with the lower rate, but the service is terrible, and their customer service line and emails are virtually nonexistent. I booked a room for 2 nights at the Hilton Garden through Brek in late October. On one of those nights, due to spotty wifi, I requested a refund. The rep from the Hilton Garden mentioned that the paid fund is held at Brek and that they need to provide approval for Brek to issue the refund. I emailed Brek right away. No response even to this day, which is three weeks away. After multiple call attempts that morning, I finally spoke to their agent, who mentioned that they spoke to the manager at Hilton Garden for approval and will proceed with the refund. Great, I thought. Fast forward to three weeks, I have yet to receive the refund. Not only that, but I've also emailed and called them multiple times. No answer whatsoever. Don't use this terrible service. Go through a legit booking site like Expedia or Travelocity. But, never Brek.
