BreezelineReviews of breezeline.com

Dominic was the best he fixed a lot of the things that I had wrong. Do the two of the storms and things like that he fixed everything they were perfect. He showed me everything and he deserves a raise. He was the best. I will always ask for him if I shouldn’t need him he’s definitely worth 100 stars.

Me gustó la atención y la rapidez con que acudieron a instalar mi servicio. La velocidad y conectividad con mis equipos es excelente.

Service technician was the best asset of your company

I cant Stevie with the excellence in service while I'm on a fixed income. THANK YOU

Your live technician was very helpful.

On time and efficient

When I experienced a problem, it was resolved quickly. A technician came within two hours.

Breezeline is the worst company that I've ever dealt with when it comes to their customer service. They only train their employees by having them watch a video and throw them on the phone and I honestly think they tell to say whatever it doesn't matter lie lie lie. Because ive have been lied to over and over again . Paid $300 not watched not one minute of tv on internet because they said modem was hit by lightning tn sent new one still not working waited 15 days for technician to one to find out my internet was online working and all needed to do was know and enter my password. But when I called they said that my modem didn't have enough lights lit up. Crazy not educated enough. Insane. Only because I got a well educated technician come and fixit Breezeline at least has one good employee and I feel bad because I forget he's name
