I called Breezeline for an appointment to up grade my service. The representative listened to my needs and then booked my appointment. The technician who came to the house was very professional and went above and beyond. My three TV’s were working flawlessly again. I highly recommend Breezeline.

Being able to through someone quickly whe I tried to go get call back. The call disconnected. Representatives are very hard to understand. One representative gave me wrong information. Representative notes did not include all details of the prior call and when I spoke to next call taker they said information I was told was not documented. Requested to speak to supervisor multiple times and was never able to speak to someone. Once I got technician to my home the process went smoothly. Getting to that point was painful

Getting results that helped me stay in budget especially since I live alone and I'm a retired elderly person living on a fixed income.

My modem died and he replaced it

When you go to sign up or have technical problems you can speak to a person in less than a minute, if you go to cancel it's an hour wait time. This company is awful, please do not give them your business, I never will again. And their internet service goes out (at least in my area) nearly every time we have a storm, if the power goes out it goes out, which I don't really understand, but the internet will also go out if a power doesn't go out.

The young man who appeared on Tuesday worked on the lines, even though we were having a severe thunderstorm. He advised that the problem was further into the system than he could repair and that a maintenance crew would come today and fix the problem. The crew came about 9:30 a.m. and within an hour our internet was restored. A+++
