The live person was excellent. The AI recording kept telling me I could find my answers on line which doesn't help if you do not have internet. I also don't understand an outage for maintenance on a Sunday afternoon? Why not middle of the night.

I had new service installed. The technicians were very professional and courteous. After the initial review of the situation, they came in a finished the job quickly and efficiently. So far I am very pleased with the new service and would recommend Breezeline to my family and friends.

Account Number 8282160100081979 Service Location TILTON, NH 03276 Equipment didn't arrive at my address- no fault of the company, but after it going back and getting resent- I could NOT get a refund for the month with no equipment, AND when trying to do so- the supervisor decided without asking to cancel my first account and restart it- WHAT THIS DID WAS: 1. took time off for me to qualify for the gift card promotion, 2. charged me for installation which was free since I ordered original online; after about 20 calls was somewhat refunded- 3. I was never able to fully recoup the first month which the SUPERVISOR CANCELLED- It was worth to pay if it counted towwad the gift card qualification.
