great fast service

I would never go to your company mainly for one reason. Sending your employees to a house at 8pm at night to an unlit porch to bang on the door to “make a sale” is highly unacceptable. You nearly gave me a heart attack and scared my child. Do better breezeline

We have only had this company for about a month and have had trouble with it . TV is interrupted constantly and the wi-fi goes in and out always , making it very hard to use my computer. We were sold on changing to you because it was reliable, not so much !! Hope to have this fixed VERY soon or will have to drop you and go bake to a reliable source.

The auto system was easy to use and the service agent was pleasure to talk to. It was not a long wait. He fix the problem in a short period of time.

Technicians were professional and solved my problem.

I made the mistake of trying to use the "Chat" feature on the website. First attempt: go all the way through getting a live agent, started to enter personal info, chatline went dead. Second Attempt: Only got to explaining problem got message in red saying "cannot handle this at this time call back later". Third attempt: Same as the second. Finally called the phone number, danced with a robot for a few minutes, was then connected to a lady who spent 20 minutes working and finally resolved the problem! She gets five stars! Keep her - fire the chat AI robot.

I had a Great technician. It matters when someone listens as my technician did. It seems the issue has been resolved.
