First, if you are getting a gift card promotion, you will not get it. You will have to call the company and ask for it. Took me 2 calls and still hadn't received any. Second, the service. Had to replace 2 routers and it was still horrible, my 3 year old modem and router were delivering way better performance than their equipment. And the third, if you cancel the service, you will be charged for the full cycle, no more prorated amount to pay, even if you used the service for 3 days. But when you report the 3 week outage, you will only be prorated the actual period from when you reported till when it was fixed. So if you didn't have time to report and was using the hotspot for work, they will not count it. Overall, feels like one sided contract
