We received our order quickly and are very happy with the walking sticks. However, we also ordered two extra tips but they were not included in our package. Despite repeated efforts to find out if they would be shipped separately, we have not heard anything. Your customer service needs to be improved.

BOTH MY DAUGHTER AND HER HUSBAND LIKE TO BE OUTSIDE, ESPECIALLY FISHING DURING THE SUMMER. SOME OF THE WATER HOLES AND SMALL CREEKS ARE NOT ALWAYS AN EASY WALK TO GET TO. HENCE THE USE OF WALKING STICKS. MATCHING WALKING STICKS, IN THEIR CASE, MADE OF HICKORY FOR THE STRENGTH. BRAZOS WALKING STICKS HAVE THE BEST, MADE IN TEXAS, U.S.A.

I really like the looks and quality of the Travelers stick. The one problem it has is that the three sections easily become unscrewed while in use. I plan to purchase rubber washers to see if that solves the problem.

It took a while to get my cane after I ordered it but it was worth the wait. I have severe pain in my hip caused by arthritis and the cane helps me walk with less pain. Cane has a solid feel and is a beautiful piece of wood. Kudos to Rick Patterson who was listed and the crafter.
