They’ll put off your order for as long as they can and than send it to the wrong address. You’ll never see your stick aon nd have a hell of a time getting your money back.

I ordered a cane on Monday, needing it by Friday, therefore i paid the extra shipping fee . Then was informed that “the label” was created on Thursday. No way i would receive this item when needed. I asked for a phone number to contact, no reply!

Horrible customer service! I have reached out numerous times in every way possible and can not get a straight answer from anyone! I placed my order a month ago. Received an email my order was shipped with no tracking number and never received my order!

I have ordered 7 Brazos walking sticks over the last 3-4 years for elderly friends and for myself. I have referred your site to several people. I ask about a discount on my last order as I have been a loyal supporter. I got a reply saying the my request had been referred for review. That was almost 3 wks ago. No response. You have no customer loyalty appreciation.

Paid 7.99 for item +10.00 shipping & handling, total 17.99 recv’d wrong part, requested refund. $10.00 to ship it back. Received $7.19 total refund! Lost $20.80 Bad experience with this company, not worth it 👎

Terrible return policy. AND they charge a restocking fee!

The ironwood stick I received was on the slender side and did not inspire a lot of confidence in me. The main reason for my dissatisfaction was that it came with a very light duty brass tip on the bottom. Additionally, it had a very small rubber tip attached to the brass tip. This tip would definitely not stand up to hard use that I had purchased the stick for. If I had paid twenty bucks for the stick I would have not complained. However I paid 159.00$ for this stick. I contacted Brazos right away and told them how disappointed I was and asked how to return it. They told me that since I had “customized “ the stick I couldn’t return it . I never would have guessed that by ordering the flimsy little brass chingadera would be regarded as customization . All in all I am totally dissatisfied with this transaction. I would never do business with these people again and I will strongly not recommend anyone else doing business with these dishonest people.

Actual product not as it appeared on website. No live person to talk to Have to have written permission to return the item 10% restocking fee Have to pay to ship it back Took some time to hear back so I called AmEx to dispute charges. One day later I hear from them. This is a petty company and run poorly. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are a CS outfit.
