I got a standard hickory walking stick to help me with recovery from a recent surgery. The extra balance that the product provides is just what I need. I like the look and feel of the walking stick. The medical aluminum cane or even mass produced wooden canes, while functional, do not, in my opinion, come close to the beauty of the hickory non twisted stick. I am adding some wrapped para-cord to the top for my hand to grip due to some neuropathy in my hands that make the slicker natural finish more difficult to clutch. $10 of para-cord in the color(s) of my choice and the pattern of the weaving is also up to me and You tune to determine. It only takes 30 minutes to add this custom corded grip and the hole drilled near the top is useful to fasten the para-cord to the the walking stick. I have been walking on concrete around the block listening to Leon Redbone while teaching myself to walk again. Thank you for your excellent product and fast delivery.

I ordered a medium-sized ferrule in May, but UPS lost the package. I notified the company by e-mail that the package had been lost. I received a reply e-mail the following day, informing me that the company would send me a replacement. The replacement arrived a few days later, as promised. The ferrule fit perfectly and looks great on my walking stick. I have the walking stick for five years and routinely receive compliments on it.
