I couldn't register the walking sticks at their registration site. The Brazos rep directed me to a third-party web site that is a sales-based company for health products. Brazos does not stand behind their product. I have the proof. They use a surrogate company for product "registration". They do not back their products!

I purchased this as a gift for my brother. He called today to see how my walking stick was assembled because his seemed like it was incomplete. It was. One of the brass washers between the joints on the top section was missing and the two pieces would not tighten. It seems as if they sent us a stick that had been previously returned. I hope to get this remedied, I was embarrassed due to my insistence that this was a good, quality product.

I have bought many canes from you over the years and all surpassed my expectations till this one. It started when I tried to contact you by phone to clarify a simple question on shipping. Phone contact has been eliminated!!! So I sent a email. No reply! Last weekend I travelled with the friend who I sent the cane to and was disappointed in both the quality of the wood and finish. All wood has the heart and the outside section which is not as dense. This walnut was from the outside “pith” and an uneven stain was used to darken the wood. The weight was light and not like a gun stock. I have personally 4 of your canes and two walking sticks that are great. ( and bought others for friends) This one did not meet the earlier expected standard. I’m at an age where things happen. And when a friend needs to use a cane to recover from knee surgery or something like that I send them a nice cane. If you’re going to drag a cane around at least it should be pretty. What’s happened? I’m not a wealthy man. I consider a nice cane a thoughtful and significant gift. I can’t in good faith order another one from you. I noticed your selling on Amazon. I guess the quality control and personal service disappeared about the same time. I guess it’s time to look for a maker who will talk to me and insure quality control and just not ship what ever! The walking stick was fine BUT THE 25$ STRAP THAT I PAID FOR WAS A PIECE OF CRAP!! It was something that you could purchase at a dollar store for about 2 bucks!! I purchased a real leather quality strap from Amazon for 27$ and it is worth every penny! I contacted your customer service about this and received no response!! Therefore I will not be able to give you a descent review! Trying to RIP OFF people with cheap add ons is a CRIME!!!

The end on the stick fell off when I took it out of the package. Clearly quality control isn’t a major concern at the company

I ordered spikes for all three walking sticks but only one came with the spike

The lower screw part of the three part stick was filled with a glue substance. I think that I got most of it out but very disappointing trying to get it together on Christmas morning. Also, communicating with the company has been difficult.
