In May 2019 I ordered all new kitchen appliances and was told to give them a one-month notice for delivery. After 2 years I was told that they had oversold & couldn't deliver. They issued a credit. I ordered again. They delivered just the stove & refrigerator. But the refrigerlator could not be installed until I had a plumber install a new water line (Cost $350.00) -- I already had one working in the old refrigerator. They are not cooperating in coming back to put the handles, etc. on the refrigerator. so far 2 years & 4 months since this process began.......This is rediculous. I'm still waiting . . .

Don't get sucked into buying the warranty. 1, 3 5 yr it doesnt matter. They do the very best to make sure any issue you have is not covered. If you have an issue with your online order, Good Luck! Everyone job seems to be to get you off the phone and if you go to the store they send you to call the customer service number. You will never get your issue resolved.

Bought several appliances from them, in May 2021, had an issue with fridge, still within 1 year warranty. It took 4 weeks to get an appointment. The tech came out and had to call someone else to help him over the phone. He “fixed” it and left. It wasn’t fixed. 2 more weeks for another appointment, same tech, again had to call someone to walk him through, after which he said he had to order a new door that would take 4-6 weeks. 7 weeks later we get a call that the door was in, set up an appointment, same tech…said he forgot the door at the warehouse. 3 days later, same tech…ordered a white door for our stainless steel fridge. Says it will take ANOTHER 4-6 weeks for a new door. Called Brandsmart customer service and they refuse to replace the fridge.

I purchased a top of the line Samsung washing machine with an extended warranty. I have had it 3weeks. I have contacted the deerfield store to request for a return the machine has stopped working . After speaking to five people one in sales one at there answering reception one at head office one at Hr in the store. I have had no joy. Prices might sway you to purchase here but buyer beware when it comes to service or returns don't expect a call back or fast service.

Brand smart have the worst service when it comes to delivery’s I buy a washer machine 1 month ago They didn’t want to install it so they left leaving my machine outside in the rain they didn’t even put it in the house They took the old washer and left mine outside in the rain I call customer service to complain And they said they will send somebody to help me They came 3 days ago that means they didn’t care machine was outside in the rain for 25 days The deliver persons where do rude and discriminated me telling me I was old. When I ask them to help me They answer . For helping old people we get in trouble. I can’t believe the service was so bad 25 days to come and help me Please don’t buy from brand smart Or at least don’t ask them yo delivered to you The service in store is excellent but deliver very very bad

I bought a $4000 Kitchenaide oven almost FIVE months ago and STILL do not have it in my posession. They will NOT give me a refund. They will not assist in locating the oven. They do not care that I have no oven. I will NEVER buy anything from these people again.
