I bought a 65-in Samsung OLED s90h from BrandsMart through greentoe.com. the TV came out of the box faulty it had missing pixels and the display flickered and eventually shut off. this TV was supposed to be from a reputable retailer that was authorized fresh out of the box. brand new, I also did not receive an invoice when I filed my better Business bureau complaint because it cost me an extra $250 to get the T.V. installed. I tried calling their customer service number and left a message. no one ever responded or called me back. I filed a better Business bureau complaint and they tried to deter me from working with the better Business bureau and insulted me. I have multiple emails about the correspondence which ended in me asking them not to contact me again. BUYER BEWARE!!.

I ordered a Speed Queen washer and dryer, including the power cable and vent kit, as well as a Samsung refrigerator with a water-line connector from BrandsMart on 8/8. On 8/20, I found a larger refrigerator at Lowe’s and called BrandsMart to cancel the refrigerator portion of my order. I spoke with Joey Disomma, who stated that he was unable to cancel the order but told me that I could simply refuse delivery of the refrigerator and that BrandsMart would issue a refund once the refrigerator was returned to the warehouse. I was not comfortable with that process, so I made two additional attempts to cancel the refrigerator before the scheduled delivery. On both occasions, I was told that a manager would cancel the order, but that never happened. When the delivery date arrived, the refrigerator was delivered with the water-line connector, and I refused delivery of both. In addition, the delivery was missing the dryer power cord and vent kit that I had ordered. As a result, I had to go to Lowe’s, purchase the missing dryer power cord and vent kit myself, and complete the dryer installation on my own. Long story short, I have now made four separate attempts to obtain a refund for the refrigerator, but BrandsMart has still not processed the refund. The refrigerator was refused at delivery as instructed by your representative, yet I have still not received my refund.

"12 month no interest" not included at POS. I've been fighting for 6 months now to have their mistake corrected to no avail. Customer service is a 0 out of 10.

I am extremely disappointed with customer service, both via chat and phone; it has been a complete disaster. I have been waiting for over 24 hours for confirmation of an online order for in-store pickup, and I have called every department, but no one could tell me what was happening with my order. In the chat, Pascale, the representative who assisted me, left me hanging after saying she didn't know what was going on; she simply didn't reply and left me on read. The same thing happened on the phone; no one offered me any solution. All of this after my order had been paid for over 24 hours prior. I do not recommend BrandSmart Online to anyone, and I will never shop at their store again.

I Thought, Joey was outstanding, he made the entire process great! BUT WHEN I GOT THE MICROWAVE HOME IT NOT THE ITEM I AGREED ON, IT'S THE LESSER PRICED ITEM, THAT HE KNEW I DID NOT WANT. HE MADE IT SEEM HE WAS GIVING ME A DISCOUNT. MY INSTALLER IS ALREADY SCHEDULED FOR TOMORROW! HATE HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS!!!

The worst appliance buying experience I’ve ever had. Purchased a refrigerator online. Before we even got to the delivery date, the price decreased everywhere except Brandsmart so I called and asked them to price match. They told me to do that they would have to cancel my online order and place it again at the lower price. They could not just issue a credit for the amount. The order had been charged to my Brandsmart card and they assured me they would cancel the old order and credit it and place the new order. They did place the new order, but I did not receive credit within 3 to 5 days as I was told. I called customer service and they reviewed the order and did cancel it and sent me confirmation through my email of the credit this time. When the refrigerator delivered there was a large dent on the front of it. Their delivery driver told my husband that it would be better to keep it and let Brandsmart switch it out when they replaced it. They can just replace the door he was told. I couldn’t speak to them myself because they spoke zero English and I don’t speak Spanish. Truthfully I can speak more Spanish than they spoke English. I followed up with Brandsmart and was told it would be 4-6 weeks for a replacement because they had no other unit in stock. I said just pick it up and I’ll get it locally. The salesperson tried tell me no one else had them but I knew that wasn’t true because I had checked every other retailer and they all had them in stock. Unfortunately we has already been a week and a half with no refrigerator and he assured me we could just use the one we had until the new one came in. At week 4 I emailed them to try and find out if they had a delivery date yet and received no response. A few days later I called and was told he was on the other line and I would received a call back, but that never happened. When I called again several days later I told them I’d wait until he was finished with the call he was on and wait I did but I finally was able to speak with the sales person and was told they did have a refrigerator in stock, but if they switched it out themselves instead of waiting for Samsung to handle it, I would have to pay for the refrigerator again and they would credit it automatically when they received the old one back to the warehouse. I was reluctant because of what had happened the prior time with the credit, but I just wanted to be done with them at this point so I purchased the replacement and waited for the credit. Refrigerator was picked up at delivery. Different delivery service and again no one spoke English. Again there was no “automatic” credit and I had to call a week later where I was told the salesperson was out that day and a manager had to process the credit, they do not happen automatically as I was told. There was no manager in either, so I would receive a call back from him the next day following up. No call came, so I called again and was told the manager wasn’t available, but I would receive credit and a confirmation email within a half hour or so. I actually did this time and eventually a credit was applied to my account in the next couple of days, but I will never buy anything from Brandsmart again it was such a horrible experience.

Don't waste your time with these clowns. Ordered a gift online last Saturday, FOUR days later it's still showing "Processing" I inquired and they just cancelled the order without explanation. They don't respond to emails, have ZERO customer service. Just a lowball, slimy company. Avoid like the plague

These guys are full blown scammers. I ordered an Pokemon Ascended Heroes booster bundle and they sent me a repackaged pack of 40 garbage cards.
