I brought a top and bottom washer and dryer that was outside in the front took it back because it was not working they didn't trade it or give me a refund I left it there so I'm out of $ 860.00 and when I purchased it they said it had a two year warranty the manager who refused to help name was Brandon in stock bridge location sad I haven't brought one since Everytime I think about how they took my money it makes me feel sad 😭 I will never shop there again and I still have my receipt with no washer and dryer

Receit no 0010405424 I bought a stove on 1/12 that was delivered on 1/20 by Ryder. The two men refused to make the installation despite the fact that I could show them my reciept specifying that installation and haul away was included in my order. I protested and wrote my protest on the slip they wanted me to sign. They were unfriendly and rude too.

I have purchased a washer and dryer combo almost 5 years ago and from the first day I was having issues with the merchandise the technician came and the issues were not solved for years and years I have been calling the costumer service and the technicians came and did nothing to resolve my issue my insurance has ended and I am stuck with a non working washer dryer combo my name is Natalie Zion and I will not recommend your insurance polices to anyone shame on you

Not a good experience. Very poorly managed repair and service department. Bought an LG 75 " TV ( brand new) and it stopped working after 2 months. It has been over 2 months (!!!!) since I reported this problem ( under warranty ) , they have come out to repair the TV twice and they had the wrong parts both times. I have a broken TV hanging on the wall ( no sports , no movies just becauaes I bought this from Brandsmart). Best Buy would have resolved the issue already. Customer service is a long wait each time you call. Nothing gets resolved, nobody takes responsibility and it seems that you fall in a "rabbit hole"that has no exit. The easiest recommendation : DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE. As a business owner I can say that this company is not well managed and runs without structure ( and even shady in certain aspects of how things are handled). stay away from Brandsmart and you'll be a lot happier. Trust this advice

BUYER BEWARE!!!! They don’t consider items they broke the seal on to be opened box items. (Floor models). After 4 trip to the store (6 hours of my life) 3 phone calls to customer service ( 2 hours of my life) and a detailed email to customer service ( 39 mins of my life.). And GM refusing to speak to me, I still don’t get my money back for an item I never opened and had for less then 8 days. NEVER SHOP AT THIS PLACE!!!! Only option they gave me was to lose $400 of take store credit at a place I never want to stop at again.

Worst customer service delivery ever!!! I purchased a refrigerator that was on backorder and I was fully charged for the item and extended warranty although they did not expect to receive the item for 1-2 months. A month later I contacted customer service to inquire on the status of the item and to my surprise was told the item had been there waiting for me to call to schedule delivery. I explained the salesman informed me he would call me when the item arrived but I never got a call. Customer service said the salesman placed the item on will call which means to them the customer will call to schedule delivery. I contacted the store Manager as to my issue and all he could say was that I was not the only person going through this. I contacted Corporate and was given an email address to file my complaint. It has been a week and have not heard back. The refrigerator was delivered yesterday and to my surprise the salesman had failed to sell me a water line to connect the ice maker. Thankfully, the delivery crew (Ryder) had water lines in their truck and gave me one and completed the installation. As far as Brandsmart, buyer beware. They only care about selling and money and have absolutely no concern for their customers!! Worst customer service ever!

Providing bad customer service would be a quantum improvement for these folks over what the do now.. I called customer service four times this afternoon: 1) transferred to phone that automatically hung up, 2) transferred to a "full" voicemail and hung up, 3) transferred to a medical alert monitoring service, and 4) transferred to soneone who said "I can't help you" and hung up before I could state my request.

Brandsmart has the worst customer service on the planet. I ordered a kitchen package online and it said the entire package was "in stock". Well after 20 days of no contact from Brandsmart I first used their "chat" help to find out what was going on. They said I needed to email the online department. I emailed that department and they said their "online customer support" would contact me. They didn't contact me so I called them. After being transferred three time they hung up on me. WORST WORST WORST clueless company on the planet. I would give negative stars if I could.
