Terrible customer service and god forbid if there is fraudulent activity cause you won’t get your money back let alone hear back from them. This is a gimmick

Charging for transferring money and also getting money early off your pay check is not kosher it’s a deterrent from doing either. After this last payback I will not be using the branch service anymore!!

Branch is so easy to use for pay and purchasing. Branch does a great job informing me of updates.
