I have multiple unknown transactions that I have no idea about and I reached out to Customer Service., which they have no Live person to talk to on the phone and when I emailed my response I got no answer back. I totally wish Spark will find a different method for us to get paid because I do not like the branch card at all!!

I'm so frustrated, I put into words or no where to begin on how this company failed across the board!!

Very easy to manage and very safe

I feel like you should have a choice to either receive your funds on the card or direct deposit into your own back account. I also feel that we shouldn't have to wait until after noon to get paid. Sometimes after 4pm.

I really love using Branch Wallet, I really wish I can get the instant pay, daily. That would be so great and beneficial for me.

I want to be able to remove any amount of money. Remove the restrictions it sucks
