Hi, Thank you for reaching out to us with this question. If you're unable to watch a video ad or if you're blocked from seeing an answer, then it means you've hit your limit for content that you can view with your Brainly Basic plan. The good news is that your limit and numbers refresh on a daily and weekly basis, so we encourage you to continue to check back often. Our Brainly Plus subscription gives students an ad-free experience and unlimited access to all questions on our site, as well as access to our Verified Answers, which Brainly's content experts have vetted. It's optional to purchase a subscription and access these features. The rest of the content and experience on Brainly, including questions, answers, and social features, continues to be free to access. However, there will be interruptions and restrictions as part of the Brainly Basic plans, and the format may change, in addition to the number of content you can view in a period of time. We created a subscription option in response to our community's requests. Their feedback on the importance of unlimited content and access to accurate and detailed answers on Brainly was essential. The cost reflects the value our subscribers receive from access to these answers. While we understand this may be frustrating, we hope this clarifies why we decided to create a subscription option on Brainly. In case of any further questions, please always feel free to reach out to us!

Hello Mienie, We're sorry you feel like that about our product and our customer support. However, as informed before, you had a 7-day free trial to test the product, meaning you could have canceled your trial free of charge after MAY 10 when it started. While we’re sorry you missed the timeframe to cancel your plan free of charge, and we understand it might be a disappointing experience, we must emphasize that our policies are stated explicitly in our Help Center, Terms of Use, and email communications sent to mienie.de****@gmail.com. We do our best to communicate clearly and transparently, and cannot take responsibility for not following the procedure on the user’s end. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best,

Hello Brandan,   Thank you for contacting us.   Unfortunately, we do not process refunds, according to our policy. You can learn more about it in our email communications and in our Help Center —> https://bit.ly/refund-policy-brainly   Note that to activate the 7-day free trial, a user must confirm they want to start it, understand it will turn into a recurring paid plan if not canceled, and be aware that we do not provide refunds. This information was included in the emails sent to you.   If you have any other questions, please always feel free to get in touch by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line “[Trustpilot] Review”. Cheers, Brainly Team
