Brainly is very helpful for my studies because users post excellent answers, so we can learn easily from them. However, I have noticed that Brainly has many incorrect answers that mislead students. There is a huge amount of content on Brainly, and it is difficult for moderators to review everything. Apart from that, this app is very good.

We unsubscribed from Brainly when we were paying 20 dollars per month. Brainly not only continued charging our card but upped that monthly fee to 40 dollars per month. This was AFTER we confirmed cancelation. They are impossible to reach by phone or email. We disputed charges and are changing credit cards but we should sue them to get back every dime. Buyer beware. 100 percent would not recommend. Other subscribers echo the same experience so we are not alone.

We offer a lifetime free Brainly Basic plan, as well as paid subscriptions so that our users can choose the option that best suits their needs. Whenever a subscription is about to renew, we remind them of our policies via email. We understand that missing the cancellation window may feel frustrating, and we truly empathize with your situation. Our goal is to always communicate our cancellation policies clearly and transparently while trusting our users to review the information provided. We also do not raise prices once a subscription started, and if you had a 24$ subscription, this is the fee you were charged for. If you canceled BEFORE the renewal, you shouldn't be charged. If you were charged, you probably canceled AFTER the renewal happened. If you have any other questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to let us know. Best, Brainly Team

Brainly has helped me a lot during my studies, especially when I got stuck on more difficult tasks and needed quick support. Thanks to explanations from other users and tutoring-like help, it was easier to truly understand the material rather than just get the final answer.
