Very happy with Box Genie! It was easy to upload my Illustrator file. The printing on the box is really sharp. Lynn from Box Genie was very helpful when I had questions. My boss is very happy and is thinking about other customized boxes that he might want to do.

I specifically asked this company to confirm that their print quality would be better than Packlane and even sent examples of the print issues we are trying to avoid on our boxes. They assured me the boxes would be top quality. Our boxes from Box Genie showed up with worse versions of the exact same problems. The boxes had blotchty color, lines all over the box with lighter colors. The boxes were also made of noticeably low quality cardboard and had glue in random places. I contacted support to get a refund or replacement and they ghosted me for weeks at a time all while claiming their team reviewed our order multiple times and it was within their quality standards. It has now been 2.5 months since we received the original boxes and they just last week sent samples of our box in other materials to review for a replacement. The samples they sent are even worse quality and the support agent claimed the whole company had a meeting to review them and they were all very happy with the quality. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company in over 15 years of running a business. Save your money and your time and just find someone else to print your boxes. UPDATE: Box Genie did provide samples of other materials. The samples had the same low quality printing and construction as the original boxes. When I let them know that the samples were not of acceptable quality they reviewed the samples with the production team and let me know that the samples are in fact within their unbelievably low quality standards. I stand behind my assertion 100%. Do not use this company. They will send you a terrible quality product and then not care that it is unusably bad because it falls within their own horrible, low quality production standard. They don't care how they effect your business and they will refuse to even acknlowledge requests to return your order. At one point in the process I was referred to the GM Sean so I could discuss the poor customer service and product quality with him. Over the course of 2 days Sean never reached out. I had to call and email in multiple times to even get a response from him, which was not a conversation. All I got was an email saying they had already given me all of my options and he never replied again after that. They could not have said "we don't care about our customers" any more clearly. The conduct from Box Genie in the face of a valid customer complaint is deplorable from the bottom all the way to the top. It is important to note that my request the entire time was to return the boxes for a refund. They refused to even engage with that option. Their policies are designed specifically to ensure they never have to give you your money back no matter how substandard the product you receive or how poorly they treat you as a customer. Photos can't be uploaded here, but I left a review on the Box Genie location on google maps with a photo if anyone needs proof of the low quality printing that falls within their acceptable quality standards.

It was easy to use, but if you want to make changes you have to delete the existing job and start over.

I had the best experience with Box Genie. Lynn Brown is an angel on earth. She was so patient with me and my questions and uncertainty. I'm a true fan! The product is beautiful and makes such a great impression.

The platform was easy to use and create the box for my newest product. The box was the perfect size and the color came out true and perfect to my brand. A very nice person from Box Genie was available to help when I need it and I found the whole process a no pressure situation. I'll return to Box Genie for all my box needs and especially to re-order my current box when needed. Oh, the price was fantastic. I saved over 50% from all other companies that I talked to and that was huge for my small business.
