The ordering process was really great. We had no issues. I will do another survey once the product arrives but I do love how easy you make the process to design the box.

We initially had some concern with our first print with some boxes maybe shiffing during printing but Box Genie was right on helping us figure out how to get that fixed and make it right.

This company has prompt shipping times and good communication they send boxes out within 2 weeks. I used them for a triangle mailer order and like them very much they can use their graphics team to apply artwork to images promptly if you have no PDF editor and only artwork and they will send a proof to review. Prices are a little high however and their website could have an option to upload artwork and then send a PDF for editing which would make ordering more mobile friendly. Overall not bad however.
