Had a weird experience with them. They quoted us a custom box and then we sent them a sample of our product and our current box (at our own expense) to make sure that they could match our current specs and the quality of our current box. After sending them everything, I followed up with them at least 3 times and never received a response to any of my emails. They just ghosted us!

This company has prompt shipping times and good communication they send boxes out within 2 weeks. I used them for a triangle mailer order and like them very much they can use their graphics team to apply artwork to images promptly if you have no PDF editor and only artwork and they will send a proof to review. Prices are a little high however and their website could have an option to upload artwork and then send a PDF for editing which would make ordering more mobile friendly. Overall not bad however.
