The staff at box genie go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and understand the process. They answer questions quickly and in a way you understand. I'm not going anywhere else for boxes after my experience with them, they're the best.

I came to your company specifically because you could accommodate a box insert. Halfway through, and many exchanges, I was told the price quote did not include an insert, and that I should have told them that is what I wanted. After asking for progress on sample, several times, no response. Thankfully I found a company more responsive, easier to work with and half the price.

Our first time ordering for our business has been a complete nightmare. Our current vendor no longer could do our sizes so we decided to give them a try. First we were told it would take them 1-2 days to match a proof, it ended up taking 5 business days. We were then told production would be 12-14 business days. On day 15, we were told the boxes are still in production because they were "busy". No communication of any of this was given and we had to reach out multiple times to even get a simple update. It has now been 25+ days and we do not have boxes to ship orders out in. We had to go to another source and pay rush fees because of the delays. We still have NOT received a timeline for when we will get our boxes. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I love the boxes I ordered from Box Genie soooo much! At first, I went through the process myself of trying to work with their default box sizes but ended up doing my own custom size for a specific product I sell. I ended up needing to ask support for something and was connected to Lynn. She literally guided me through every question I had and went as far as previewing my box image. The image I uploaded at first would have come out a bit blurry and she let me know that. I didn't have the time right then to edit my design, so came back a couple days later. She was still there to help me continue! Honestly, it's just nice to be connected with the same person that you initially started with. She already knew the look I was going for. After I uploaded my second design, she said it was perfect. She couldn't have been closer to the truth if she tried! I had some shipping issues where the default settings wanted me to pay some really high fee. I asked her about that and she agreed something wasn't right. When I was finally able to order, she adjusted the shipping price to make sure I wasn't being overcharged. Then there was the waiting game. Of course, these boxes are custom made, don't expect to receive them the next day. I thinkkkk it took about 3 weeks, give or take. Absolutely acceptable. When my boxes came in, I tore that box open and was in love. It's so cool to see my logo and design on the outside and inside of these boxes. I'm really proud to send these to my customers. Makes my shipping products a lot more professional. Thank you, Lynn, for all of your help at each step and going out of your way to make sure what I was getting was perfect. Your customer service is what made me continue the buying process with Box Genie. If you're on the fence, don't be. Order now. Can you maybe get a cheaper price somewhere else, maybe? But you won't get top notch customer support anywhere else.

When providing the file, I was informed that they needed a pdf file format and could not except any raster based format. I then provided a flattened raster based file saved as a PDF with zero print advantage, but nearly 3 times the file size and was told that was perfect. Tech could use some basic education on how file format types actually work.

My rep was fantastic! She walked me through the whole process, making it super simple for me. She was really helpful moving my design over and reassuring it would look nice. Your company was easy to work with and the boxes arrived on time! Nice quality boxes, easy to assemble, sturdy, with nice printing! The color was true. I will definitely use you again!
