So sad and annoying to see most the 1 star reviews are from people who backed a kickstarter project from boundary and then come here to write a review as though they bought a product from the website... people need to research what backing a kickstarter is, before they complain. Personally, I bought the boundary prima system from kickstarter, yea it took a lot longer to arrive, so do literally every kickstarter campaign EVER. I also bought the Errant after the kickstarter direct from their website. These are straight up the best bags I’ve ever owned, and I collect. I have a WANDRD PRVKE, a few different Peak Designs, Nomatic, Alpaka, Cotopaxi, etc.. the quality of everything on boundary’s bags is just better, especially the clasps. Can’t wait for the new Arris system to hit the website as I missed the kickstarter. Ignore the 1 star reviews, they’re from people who don’t understand how kickstarter works. They are not a representation of boundary or their products 👍🏻👍🏻

I ordered 9 items and received 7 of them wrong. I contacted them and they sent me 1 of each of my original items but not the rest. They have not responded to my email and I'm out over$100, and the items I didn't want, don't even work like they said they should

I have Prima system for 4 motnhs now and do not have a single complain about it. It is exactly what I need for everyday errands. It is also great for traveling with my motorcycle and photography! I also bought a rain protection but i did not use it yet because light rain is nothing for this compact backpack! Everything fits in - because I ride a motorcycle and also photograph is the backpack the only thing where I can put all my stuff. Recomend to other bikers and also to everyone else!

I received my order and everything is good. Customer service answered my questions right away.

Worst customer experience ever: 1.shipped 6 months late after many excuesses 2. order never arrived 3. they won't take responsibility and re ship DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I've backed 6 projects on Kickstarter so far. These Chase pants were my second ever project that I had backed. I needed these for a series of trips at the end of 2019, and we're fastly approaching the end of 2020 and I don't think these pants will be delivered this year, realistically. We can blame Covid all we want, but it's also very frustrating to see other Kickstarter campaigns and other companies coming out with everyday styled tech pant/slacks, readily available to buy and have delivered, while Boundary Supply continues to say a date, only for it to be way off. Your customers just want honesty, not false promises. You keep saying next month in your updates. Just be truthful. You're much better off saying next year and then delivering sooner. And at the same time, to see you launch another Kickstarter campaign for a backpack when you haven't even fulfilled the pants? It's not a good look.

I've backed their Kickstarter campaign. After a year no product delivered, no chance to get money back, dozens of different delivery dates promised. Very, very disappointed. Do not trust this company!

Ordered jeans in December 2019 and at this point, in JULY 2020, I'm not expecting them to be delivered. They will not offer a refund or cancel my order. This is criminal. Like class action law suit criminal. WHO'S WITH ME?!?!
