It is a tough, good looking bag...my biggest complaint is if I carry my laptop, small notebook, iPad, and camera gear insert, their is no room for anything else. Everything is tight.

Honestly, I am super happy with the backpack itself. It's functional, looks great and works really well as my everyday backpack and even perfectly for short weekend trips. Easy to organise everything...all of that. But their customer service really lets them down. From ordering through to receiving the backpack was about a 2-2.5 month delay. No mention of that on the website, nothing about it during the purchase process. After purchase it was always me reaching out from my side to try and find out when it might be arriving and consistently being given opaque answers about potential timelines. It was a frustrating process.

I loved the arclight sling bag. From its simple yet efficient design, to the material and craftsmanship, and the price I believe was fair. The product is a 10/10. The only issue I had was with the transparency of communication I and others from what I heard had. Product did arrive months late from its original date and for most time I was in the dark, although I did get responses although sometimes vague on the process of the product. Overall it is a excellent product but do be prepared of a unknown waiting period for it to arrive.

I love this backpack. I’ve been tooling around with it for the last few months and I don’t go anywhere without it. When my camera is in there I feel like I have easy access to my gear. The remaining space feels more than adequate for a day pack or a hike, and I’m impressed just how much I can stuff in this thing. I love the way the bag feels on me, and I’ll even take it out for a strenuous hike over my normal day hike pack. Well done!

Great pants, they are five star all the way, love the pockets and the durability and versatility these pants can be worn for just about anything. Customer service on the other hand... first of all it wasn't exactly clear that these were pre-order, so after 2 weeks of not hearing anything I emailed to see why they haven't shipped and this took several attempts to reach them through email and text until I got an answer and then it took 6 months to get them I'm not sure if I'd be willing to wait that long again.

The delivery was smooth, even abroad.

Product good. Customer service bad.

My order experience was as good as it can get. The initial shipping time showed a little longer than I had hoped. But it ended up showing up 3 days earlier than the initial projection, which was great. The Errant pack is great and it's my new favorite pack.
