Hi, Pretty good service as per usual, however the Rennes Sling is smaller than it appears and is a bum bag/ fanny pack rather than a sling!!! It is genuinely way overpriced for what it is too- SERIOUSLY!

Mi orden estaba incompleta. Pedí una Errant y un Port Kitt y solo recibí la Errant. Me pidieron enviar un correo para recibir los datos de envío y me volvieron a cambiar la fecha para recibir la información. Tuve que pagar impuestos por algo que no recibí y que honestamente ya no quiero. Pedí la cancelación del envío del port kitt y no han podido resolver eso. Solo quiero mi dinero de vuelta por algo que no recibí y que no he tenido información de que se vaya envíar. Espero no tener que volver a tratar con esta empresa. Solo espero puedan resolver su error y me regresen mi dinero. Pésimo servicio, no se lo recomendaría a nadie.

Ordered the errant pack from Saudi Arabia. Delivered quite fast actually, and the pack it self is absolutely amazing. Very high quality and quality material. Best backpack I’ve purchased. And the customer service are helpful as well.

I ordered from overseas, but the texture is different from what I expected. It's harder than I expected, and it's compressed and delivered, so it's wrinkled. There is a problem with quality control, and the delivery form is too rough. The product is after applying a patch and using a steam iron to smooth out wrinkles. (Slightly left, but almost improved) I want you to send the other ordered items as soon as possible.

Surprised that I got the bag so soon. After reading so many review that says it takes months to get, I was hesitant. I'm happy that I made the purchase. Not many companies make X-Pac material bags. The aegis X-Pac duffel I picked up is great. Small enough for a carry-on, big enough for the gym, all with the boundary build quality and style. I couldn't be more satisfied with the bag.

I had an issue with my on line order so I called for assistance.... needed to leave a message but was contacted very quickly & the problem was solved...very fast polite & professional service....I also understand that their products are first rate as well

Found this brand online some time ago through youtube reviews and their backpacks grabbed my attention immediately. I researched a bunch of other brands and their products, but to be frank no one came close in terms of functionality, design and value for money. Bought the backpack and though it’s been only two weeks, but Errant backpack is so far the best one I ever owned
