Boundary SupplyReviews of boundarysupply.com

Excellent product matched by its excellent customer service.

Minus 1 star for overall lateness

Great and easy check out. However, I cannot log into my account because it says email not found and would like to access to find shipment information since I am not receiving any messages or emails about that. A little disappointed with that.

I Have been using Boundary Supply's Errant Pack as my daily carry since its release. I commute a lot around Sri Lanka for work often having to carry various types of gear - mostly tech and sometimes clothes and travel essentials. The Errant is so versatile in handling these varying daily and occasional carry needs that I never leave home without it! The fact that Boundary products are designed to have modular accessories only adds to their versatility and longevity. As your needs may change with time, boundary will most likely have an accessory that will make your pack transform into being perfect for that specific new task or need. When my Errant Pack survived and handled my month long one bag travel trip through Vietnam without even breaking a sweat, I was absolutely convinced that I made the right choice. Love The Errant pack and all its accessories. Will definitely purchase another pack from them soon.

My item arrived well-packaged and with no issues. I'm happy with their service and the product matched how it was presented on their website. This review is strictly based on shipping and the quality of the product. I have not had to reach out to customer service for anything yet.

Fast shipping, quality goods. I'm from Europe and there were no extra customs costs. Very satisfied

I’ve bought the errant backpack and a few other items (after previously purchasing the prima system). The backpack was shipped quickly and I got in touch with the customer service who replaced it immediately with an apology! Fantastic service and I love my bag!

Amazing products, amazing team, user friendly support.
