Boundary Supply have warehouse and Shipping Logistics issues. Ordered a Rennen backpack on the 4th Dec, company states bag is in stock and shipping immediately. Mine did not ship till 11 DAYS after. Got tracking finally on the 15th Dec...They state they are using Express Courier (Air) but they are not. As of writing this on the 22nd Dec, item has still yet to reach the UK. Item will not arrive in time for Xmas now...

Frankly, your customer service is terrible. i ordered my bag over three weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I will not be ordering any further items from boundary and will spread the word to others to not do the same. EDIT: in light of your response, this is exactly what my original comment was about. i am fully aware that it is going to arrive at my home before christmas, however, i am nowhere near it and was forced to not have a bag as i traveled for the holidays. abysmal.

Boundary got the most Clean service I Know. The team is reactive. and very good. The Bag Errant is great. Great "finition". Great Bag.

J’ai attendu 6 mois pour un premier pantalon pour lequel le transporteur m’a demandé des frais de transport et de douanes et 1 an et demi pour la fin de la commande que l’on m’envoie à une adresse où je n’habite plus et on me répond que celui qui le recevra sera content !! Ils ont vraiment beaucoup d’humour dans cette société et moi je me suis fait avoir.

It took a while for my orders to be shipped. Without me calling to inquire, it seems my orders to be ignored. Although what I like is the representative responding quickly to my email.
