This is my 2nd purchase from boundary supply Great job on the Rennen X-Pac Daypack it's as good as expected. But the webpage is giving me problem, most of the time I'm not able to login. That's why I'm giving 4 star

Great quality loved the bagpack

Boundary makes excellent products, I already have the Errant, Duffel and Sling and various accessories. The modular system is excellent in terms of both functionality and durability. The supply chain is a big minus point, the delivery times were very bad even before the COVID-19 pandemic. both production and delivery processes must improve. A warehouse would also be good in europe instead of delivering everything from the usa. Customer service is very good, you get feedback in a short time

I have yet to receive my order, which was ordered in March 2020. It is now December 2020. I understand the pandemic hindered everything and therefore Boundary Supply is not at fault. Their customer service was great. They responded in a timely manner when I asked about my order. I wish they gave some sort of discount of the order due to the delay. That is why I give 4 stars

I still haven't received my item that I ordered. This has been one of my worst experience. Understand that pandemic impacted your supply chain, but lack of adherence to your commitment was rather disappointing. You sent me a tracking number which hasn't changed in the last 10days.

Not shipped yet for weeks!

Very glad with how fast the Prima System was delivered to me (less than 2 weeks) plus it came with a free Port Kitt. I'm also very happy with how the bag actually appears in person. Some minor criticisms though are on the handles (both side and top handles). Side handle doesn't seem really useful given how thin it is (and where it is attached) and given the weight of the bag. This creates an impression that if I intend to use it and the bag has 30L items in it, this can break. Or is this intended to be used only to hold the bag in place when put on top of the luggage? On the top handle, the space between the bag and the handle is just too narrow and it seems uncomfortable to use. Overall, this is still a great-looking and a well-functioning bag. I particularly like the Field Space and am actually very pleased with the Verge Case (though I don't think it's a great bag to handle camera stuff. Sorry.). I'm thinking of using the verge case as more of an extra standalone mini body bag which can be used to keep your wallet, phone, passport, etc, rather than using it as a camera bag. On the Port Kitt, they actually looked nicer in pictures but the functionalities seem great. They just feel different, especially the toiletries kit. It feels "harder" than what I expected. But as mentioned, it seems that both the tech kit and the toiletries kit can serve their functions well. Plus, this is a freebie when I bought the Prima System. :) Looking forward to using these bags after this pandemic. Thanks again, Boundary Supply!
