Shop Amazon and get a fair refund policy. Hats are overpriced for the quality.

I just received my Boston Scally hat today. The Cool Air in Dark Blue. The fit is perfect and the quality is outstanding. A GREAT HAT AT A FAIR PRICE!! They tell you on their website how to measure your head. Follow their direction and your fit will be fine. Ordering my Saltbox patchwork hat right now. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

BREAKING NEWS: This was my 8 th order with no issues, I see reviews about sizing and returns, it's amazing people can't use a tape measure anymore, I blame their parents for raising idiots. Also you shouldn't need customers service number if you knew the size of that rock on your neck! Because the quality of product definitely isn't the issue. So rant over, I'm enjoying all of mine!

I have purchased 16 caps from Boston Scally and have never had a poor transaction. I double check sizes prior to ordering. Product quality is exceptional. Style selection is vast, with many limited unique themes. My qualms with the company are that they are an American front, but hats are made in China. I prefer to support local. Limited release sales are plagued by scalpers buying out products and reselling on auction and private sale platforms for 10× profit. Boston Scally claims to model Fan First loyalty. Their web pages are heavily censored, with many long time customers noting that the company doesn't listen to their concerns. I've lost faith in the illusion of a company that cares about customer service. Many on their Insider profile agree that the company is thriving on the FOMO (fear of missing out) sales model. To summarize, I wholeheartedly feel that the product quality is worth the cost, but long time supporters are not valued by the company.

We have bought many hats from this company, some for me and some as gifts. They all come properly packaged, and the products are manufactured with high-quality materials. They fit well and we are completely satisfied.

I fell for the social media marketing blast by them. These hats are as cheap quality as they get and are clearly a brand front for a Chinese factory that stocks in the US warehouses. The hats come folded and the crease across the top back seems like it will be there forever.

First I'll say that BS has some great hat designs. So much so that even still I'm tempted to purchase fairly frequently. But, I won't. I've learned my lesson I think. Here's the problem. 1. Sizing: it's all over the place. I have 8 BS hats. I've exchanged 2 of them (the replacements didn't fit either) and modified two myself (which sort of worked). Two of the last 4 also don't fit I just didn't do anything with them. So I have three wearable hats out of eight. The hats are already about 20-25% overpriced so of the approximately $400 in hat purchases i have three wearable hats, so dividing what I've paid by hats I can use those three are around $133 apiece. Way, way too much. 2: Sizing: In general the hats aren't deep enough. If you like your cap to rest right at the point where your ear attaches to your head, which I almost guarantee that you do, then most of their hats will be too shallow as they typically go to about a finger width above the top of your ear. Somewhere between a normal hat and a yarmulke. I've sized up to try to fix this but still too shallow and now too big around. I think that's just a cheaping out by saving material problem. 3 Sizing:I've had in the same order 8 panels of the same size that fit or were to small and 6 panels that were too big. Mind you, that's ordering all the same size. They counter by saying check the sizing chart for each hat but the sizing charts are the same for every hat so that is them just blaming the customer for an issue of their own creation. Bottom line: Each order is a crapshoot on an already expensive hat. Good luck.

Sizing is way off. I used the size guide on their website, double checked myself a couple times, yet it was still way too small. Because the size is so off, I am doing a return, for which they deduct so much from the cost that it's not worth it. I'll stick with Mucros Irish caps.
