Misquoted items they said they would get done. Other items they quoted were horrible repairs. And they had to come back three times to fix repairs “they missed.” Almost cost a transaction for the third time using them. Will never make that mistake again.

Punchlist has been a great extension to by Real Estate Business. I have had very good experiences with receiving the repair quotes quickly and have had Punchlist do repairs on homes that I have sold as well. Punchlist also works very well with the inspectors to confirm the repairs are done properly in order to pass insurance inspections.
