Repairs made EASY! I had a great experience with Punchlist. They were able to find me the right contractor at the desired time. Chay V. (Punchlist Rep) was very attentive and followed-up regularly to make sure my needs were met. The Contractor went above and beyond to complete my repairs and the pricing was reasonable.

They guys were great

My entire experience with Punchlist was really GREAT! Jason, my primary contact at Punchlist, was very responsive and so easy to talk with about my work list. Once I agreed to the final list of repairs, I had the opportunity to interact with Punchlist reps doing the actual repairs. Brett and Carrie were awesome and very patient with all my questions. They are great communicators and their work was impeccable. Adam did a great job on completing all the window-related repairs and I was very satisfied with our interactions and his repairs. Finally, Mallory from the Punchlist office kept me well informed via e-mail on things like scheduling, updated work lists, invoices, etc. I really appreciated the before and after pictures provided in the final invoice. I'm very happy with my decision to use Punchlist.

Punchlist was fantastic overall with helping quickly make repairs on our house we are selling. They worked fast and efficient! Punchlist even fixed a few small items that were not on our repair list free of charge. They were friendly, punctual and extremely flexible with our timeline. Would highly recommend to anyone buying/selling a house in need of repairs!

The PunchList team made my repairs fast and easy. I had one point of contact who kept me up to date and who was easy to reach while coordinating everything behind the scenes. Thanks!

Update: the generic response below is extremely upsetting. It was not misquoted by my uploaded photos. I agreed to getting all of my window trim replaced. Only some of the trim was replaced and with the wrong product. This is an issue between punchlist and your contractors. I’m so irritated by the decision to blame your customers that had good faith in you. Call me anytime you have my contact info as I paid you a large sum of money for an incorrect job and spoke to both your field manager/job rep. ———— Work that was quoted was not done. Was told I would need all new window trim and it would be replaced with pvc product. This was not done and only some of the window trim was replaced with wood. I was charged less than the initial estimate bc material was replaced. However, got much less quotes for partial wood replacement and feel like the price is not fair. Chay was great and advocated for me, but the price truly is not fair so shame on the field manager and contractors who waffles the whole job. Be wary of this process and keep a better eye than I did. Less trust too.

I just wanted to let you know that the Technician Hirow (not sure of spelling of his name) who came to fix the sliding glass doors at my home o 12/20 was a great technician. He was very professional, on time, and completed the task of fixing my doors. Should I need any further help with my home, I'll be sure to contact PunchList.

Punchlist was very prompt, in responses and the work they did. We needed a smaller job done quickly and they did it for a reasonable amount. Very easy to work with, and highly recommended.
