Helps with estimating the cost of small items that are a hassle getting quotes on.

Really loved the breakdown estimates for each repair. Some are a little high, like $100 to install smoke and CO detectors. I would have also liked to have had quotes for more items on the inspection. There were a few items missed and had no repair quote.

We were upset about all the things that needed fixing. Your estimates helping us make decisions and plan.

Very Professional and informative

The report was detailed and thorough. It was sent quickly. It gave us an idea of cost estimates to see if this house fit our needs and budget.

It was quick to get back the results and was easy to understand once i got them. Highly recommend

The entire team at punchlist Charleston was very helpful and accommodating to my client during the entire process. The workmanship was excellent. And my clients loved being able to defer their payment to closing!

The process is easy and you get an idea for the cost of repairs which is pretty accurate. Very quick turnaround time for quote.
