I could not be happier. My order was delivered the next day! The product, men's fleece lined hoodies, exceeded my expectations and were unbelievably low priced. I was especially pleased with the packaging, not one oz of plastic! Amazon could you please take note. I plan to search the Boscov website regularly for my future online shopping needs.

I bought a electric recliner that listed for $1600.00 on sale for $1100.00. They delivered the recliner and I noticed the sewing on the headrest section was way off center. Delivery men saw it also. They ordered another top section and it also was off center. They offered to refund $200.00 if I kept it, so I did. So I paid a total of $900.00 for a very uncomfortable recliner. The recliner is very cheaply made with thin foam rubber and the back section after only 9 months is flatten out to the point of not giving you a comfortable feeling when you sit in it. I almost feel like throwing the pc of junk out for the garbage man. I have a new one on order from La-z-boy. Don't buy their junk believe me.

I ordered a resin Harvest Pilgram Couple from Boscov's online store. I opened the package and looked in to see the head of the man broken off with very little packaging around the figurine. It had very little chance of surviving the trip with the packaging used. I thought no problem, I will return it for a new one. Boscov's policy on damaged items is that you pay the return shipping. The cost of the shipping will be more than the the figurine if I return it and I have no guarantee they will do a good job of packaging. I decided to superglue the head back on and call it good. I love the product but not the service.

Very happy with recent purchase of a power reclining chair at the Monaca store. The salesman provided excellent customer service. He was patient & helpful when I made my selection. The chair arrived in one week as promised and the delivery men were pleasant, courteous and efficient.

In June of 2020 I ordered a leather sofa and when it came in late July it was the wrong color. Jen my salesperson from Salisbury, Maryland was a jem. She worked with me and we were able to have it replaced with the correct color which she ordered the first week of August. Today I have been told this sofa will not be delivered until sometime in December. It is frustrating that Covid-19 seems to be the excuse for all delays. If I would have know it would be nearly 6 months to get a sofa I would surely have picked out another one. I am a frustrated customer. But as frustrated as I am, working with Jen makes it a whole lot better.

I love their products and great prices too. The only reason the got 4 stars instead of 5 is that their order confirmations are so confusing you don't know what will be delivered.

Do not order by phone or online from this company. Take the float of YOUR MONEY FOR 10 OR MORE DAYS and do not deliver what you paid for . A disgusting and non customer service oriented experience.

Mailed my bill in plenty of time and my next bill had a late charge on it. $28 for a $33 bill. Had mailed it in weeks early and when I called the girl said that due to the USPS stuff was being tied up in the mail giving them and excuse to bill everybody for late charges. Finally got it cleared but it cost me at least 30 min. on the phone. The bill was covered in little blurbs about joining in the fight against covid-19 too. What a joke Last nickel I spend in that place. ridiculous
