OK. Nice feel inside and great shopping. I go every once and a while to go school shopping. A little steep prices but not to bad. A few weird employees.

I got an order from them and the only thing was they didn't have allot of choices in my particular style. But I found them in younger people's clothes. They charged me the correct sale prices and their prices were great. Free delivery ... And I got everything with in a couple of days. No fuss no muss! Thanks Boscovs!

I love shopping at Boscov's. But - to be honest - I liked it a lot better before you rearranged everything. It was much nicer and much easier when everything was arranged in meaningful departments. The way it is now, everything is all over the place and difficult to find specific areas. Would be nice if you went back to the old way of organization by departments.

UPDATE The president of Buscovs was able to finally get this resolved. I hope that Comenity won't mess it up again (6x). The people working in the Frederick store are great. The problem is Comenity bank. I purchased a bed that was supposed to interest free for 3 yrs. Immediately Comenity started charging me interest. 12 contacts later, the lady at Comenity said just because it was Buscovs rule (3 yrs free), it doesn't mean it is our rule. Comenity has a well deserved 1 *. Sadly I contacted the president of Buscovs and he couldn't be bothered to return any of several calls. I guess if it is a family business, they don't need to care. Or Comenity pays him so much on the side, why care. Don't finance w Comenity!

Every time I try to place an order online, I am unable to get to the checkout page. So I have to call to order by phone. However, then I don't get to use my cash back discount. Otherwise, no problems with any of my orders. I will continue to shop here.

I am a bit disappointed with the recent drawing for a trip to Ireland that Boscov's advertised but never publicly announced a winner. I called the store in Scranton and the corporate office and no one knows anything about who won…. Otherwise I love shopping g at Boscovs.

I love their products and great prices too. The only reason the got 4 stars instead of 5 is that their order confirmations are so confusing you don't know what will be delivered.
