Was in boscovs Friday. Picked up couple of things .also picked up some fudge great as usuall.

I've always enjoyed shopping at my Boscov's (Easton, PA), but no longer. I find the majority of sales associates to be guite rude and as of today going to customer service this might be my last visit! They were too busy with gift wrapping and very rude to me to be asked to handle my layaway, so I cancelled it and it cost the store $400. The clerk couldn't get it thru so she called out the manager (Wilma/Velma) and she didn't look happy to have to go behind the desk to help. She was able to quickly get it cancelled but was also very rude!! And this is just the beginning of the Christmas season! Nope!! Beware Boscov's your business could go under too one day. I'll take my shopping online thank you.

Ordered men's work shoes online from Boscov's last Friday. Paid $9.95 to ship them because the order didn't meet the minimum for free shipping. Got an email with a tracking number. Tried tracking Sat, then Sun, then Mon. Said status pending. Called to find out what was going on. Was told that Fedex doesn't pick up until Monday. I asked what Fedex shipping method they used. Was told Standard. There is no Fedex Standard. I asked if it that meant 2 day; they didn't know. They told me to track it again on Tuesday. I did. It said delivery Friday. 8 DAYS after I placed the order. They didn't have his size in the local store. I would have been better off just driving an hour away to get them. Not shopping online with Boscov's again ever.

There so back in time with there registers . they don't take credit cards if I remember correctly. And there fudge is so dried out it sucks . the old man owner needs to get with the program.

My favorite store! Very fair prices, especially for linens, household items, women's accessories, and furniture. I am a plus size woman and love their PJs and nightgowns, and undies. And, after a nearly 5 year search, I recently found a Spring jacket at their store for just $19.99!!

I would like to give this Company Boscos 2 Thumps up, I was inside DSW shoes, and I was unhappy because of the so called sale they had. so I set there and I went online looking for some Bzees. I came across this Boscov's and much to my Delight they has some Bzees at my price YooHoo!!!!! I called friendly service, pleasant representative on the phone, I had never heard of this company before but I have found me a new friend online as I speak I'm wearing my bees I got them at a awesome price plus some nice Bath Towels, I am so impressed with this Company I think imma get that credit card she was telling me about but I love this company so they will be hearing from me again thanks Boscov's I appreciate everything I am very happy about my order.. signed a friend in Jacksonville, florida...

Received a sale flyer in the mail went online and prices were $50 more. Called them to find out why and was told the sale didn't start until the next day and that if there was any problem ordering online I could call customer service and that they would take care of it for me at the sale price. Today prices online we're not reflective of the sale so I called customer service. Now I'm told I cannot get it for that price unless I pick it up in the store. Nowhere on the flyer does it say that it was only for specific items and nowhere on the flyer does it say that the items had to be picked up and could not be shipped. False advertising! Boscovs just lost a customer
