Westgate resort in Orlando was an amazing place to stay. 2bedroom condo was very roomy and comfortable. Will recommend bookvip.com for your vacation needs.

Good service at a great price. The timeshare catch wasn't explained to us until our booking was made (not a big deal for us), but it would be nice to know up front. Some other details took some time to figure out, but again, nothing major. Solid experience!

We had a wonderful time at Krystal Resorts, Cancun. One of the most beautiful beaches I have visited. The food was great and staff was helpful and friendly. We look forward to returning soon.

Booked Omni Cancon Resort with BookVIp without any problem. Hotel is real good and provide excellent services.

BookVIP was a smooth process. I have no complaints. We were picked up at the airport by Caracol Travel and taken to our hotel, once at the hotel everything went very smooth. Stayed 7 days 8 nights and every day our hotel room was clean when we returned from our days out. Staff is very friendly and food was excellent. I can say, we had a very pleasant vacation. We made arrangements for our return pick-up to the airport, they were also on time. If you have your trip organized you will have no problem or complaints.

We are giving Bookvip.com a second try after booking with them last year. First off after booking our trip my credit card number was stolen and charges were made. Secondly, we weren't picked up from the airport, which cost use 80us dollars. However the savings were amazing and the hotel, Sandos Cancun, cleaned-up their mess, which made us happy. We are people that believe in giving others second chances, shame on me if we experience the same results. Five hours after placing this review I received a call from Robin( Bookvip) she was professional and very concerned with fixing my issues. That's great customer service. All businesses have issues however the ones I've dealt with haven't fixed them this fast, therefore I changed original 4 to a 5!!!!

Our recent trip that was booked through BookVip could not have been better. The booking process was easy, once we arrived to our resort, all personnel were very polite & accommodating. Our suite was perfectly appointed, and very clean. We were sorry to see our stay end & will definitely use BookVip again for another vacation.
