Wonderful Vacation! I was a little nervous to book after reading all of the negative reviews. However, I must say we had a fabulous time. We knew ahead of time about the requirements...yes you must go to a timeshare presentation, be married or proof of cohabitation, valid credit card, etc. We loved the Sandos Playacar Resort. Staff was great. The resort was clean. BEAUTIFUL beach! The buffet was OK. We liked the ala carte restaurants...specifically the steak house and the brazilian rodizio. We would not hesitate to book again with Book VIP.

Book VIP was easy to use, they were helpful and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. We didn't have to worry about anything when we got to the hotel and the accommodations were excellent!

Good vacation

One star for unexceptable experience is exactly right. Bookvip has $830 of our hard-earned money and refuses to give us a refund or allow us to use our "credit" for another trip until we pay them another $200 and the resort another $30. I receive 2-3 calls per week insisting that I owe them additional money because we changed our dates twice, which we didn't. They are liars and crooks. Don't spend your hard-earned money with this company!! BEWARE OF THE BOOKVIP SCAM.
